WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel by 6:00pm hotel time on the day prior to your arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel after this time or fail to arrive, the cancellation penalty fee amount will be: First night charge (based on total first night rate of your confirmed reservation).

If you made your reservation through a group, the group contract will outline specific cancellation policies.
If you made your reservation through a third party (website or travel agent), cancellations must be made directly with the third party. The hotel is not authorised to cancel, and cannot provide refunds, for any third party reservations.
IS THE PROPERTY UNDERGOING REFURBISHMENT?
Effective January 2020, as part of our continued commitment to enhance our property, we are in the very early stage of a three-year phased room refurbishment project, starting with guest rooms located on the top floors in Tower B.
What are the Peak Times for Possible Noise Inference?
Work will occur weekdays 9am-6pm and weekends 10:30am – 5pm, as a result, there will be construction noise during these time periods for guests staying in Tower B. (Please note, there are four (4) guest room towers at St Giles London hotel). Our team will be on hand to offer any assistance throughout and will endeavour to keep any disruption to your stay to a minimum. No construction work will occur after 6pm, unless stated otherwise.
Will Guests be Staying on the Floors during Construction?
No, floors where construction is occurring will be closed to guests and will not be occupied.
